急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C反应蛋白、髓过氧化物酶变化的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)变化的临床意义。方法选择ACS患者110例,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)50例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)60例,另选40例稳定型心绞痛(AP)患者作为对照组。检测3组入院后的外周静脉血及冠状动脉血血清hs-CRP、MPO,并分析ACS患者血清hs-CRP与MPO水平的相关性。结果 UAP、AMI患者的血清hs-CRP、MPO高于对照组,AMI患者高于UAP患者(P均<0.05);ACS患者的外周静脉血、冠状动脉血血清hs-CRP与MPO水平呈正相关(r分别为0.286、0.255,P均<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、MPO升高与ACS发生有密切关系,hs-CRP、MPO是ACS(特别是AMI)发生的预测指标,二者联合检测有助于对ACS进行危险分层。
