脱墨浆不透明度对ERIC的影响及修正 被引量:3

The Influence of Deinked Pulp Opacity on ERIC and Its Correction

摘要 根据GB/T 20216—2006标准测定了废纸制浆过程的不同工段旧报纸(ONP)浆样和混合办公废纸(MOW)浆样的有效残余油墨浓度(ERIC),用Matlab软件对测量原理公式进行了分析,发现当试样的不透明度超过97%时,曲面出现了突变,此时应对光散射系数S的计算公式进行修正:S=1000αw。对于ONP浆,α值取3.01,对于MOW浆,α值取3.82,再结合试样定量,计算出ERIC,该修正方法能降低系统误差。 The values of effective residual ink concentration (ERIC) of deinked ONP pulps and MOW pulps from different deinking stages were measured,the formula of its measuring principle was analyzed with Matlab software,results showed that,the surface appeared saltation when the opacity of the pulp sample exceeded 97% so scattering coefficient S in the formula was amended as follows,S=1000α/w.The values of α were 3.01 for ONP pulp and 3.82 for MOW pulp.The effective residual ink concentration could be calculated combining the basis weight of the sample,this method could reduce the system error.
