摘要
为了解大雁、天鹅源沙门菌相关毒力基因的分布情况,采用PCR方法对实验室保存的45株大雁、天鹅源沙门菌的毒力岛SPI-1、SPI-2、SPI-3、SPI-4、SPI-5的毒力基因invA、spiC和ttrC、mgtC、SPI-4R、sopB进行检测,并随机选择3株不同血清型的相关毒力基因阳性菌株进行克隆测序分析。结果显示,45个分离株中invA、sopB基因阳性检出率为91%(41/45),spiC为89%(40/45),ttrC为84%(38/45),mgtC、SPI-4R为82%(37/45)。各毒力基因在大部分菌株中均存在,测序结果表明菌株各毒力基因的同源性均在91%以上。研究结果丰富了沙门菌毒力基因分布频率的流行病学资料。
To investigate the distribution features of Salmonella virulence genes from Cygnus and Anser,45 Salmonella isolates from Cygnus and Anser were preserved in our laboratory,and the virulence genes were detected by PCR for SPI-1 invA,SPI-2 spiC and ttrC,SPI-3 mgtC,SPI-4 SPI-4R,SPI-5 sopB.In addition, the virulence genes of 3 isolates,which were isolated from different serotypes were cloned and sequenced. The results showed that genes such as invA,sopB positive detection rate was 91% (41/45),spiC was 89% (40/45),ttrC was 84% (38/45),mgtC,SPI-4R was 82% (37/45).The virulence genes exist in most of the strains,sequencing strains were homologous above 9 1% compared to the reference strains in GenBank.The results enriched epidemiological data of the Salmonella virulence gene frequency distribu-tion.
