不同浓度过氧化氢处理红细胞对血红蛋白释放的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为观察不同浓度过氧化氢处理红细胞对血红蛋白(Hb)释放的影响,分别用8%、4%、2%、1%、0.5%、0.25%和0.125%的过氧化氢溶液处理等体积的红细胞悬液,然后测定红细胞相对溶解度及上清液中丙二醛的含量,并利用血红蛋白释放试验(HRT)比较不同浓度过氧化氢处理红细胞后血红蛋白释放的差异。结果表明,随着过氧化氢浓度逐渐增高,血红蛋白的释放逐渐增多,但继续增高过氧化氢的浓度,可使血红蛋白释放减少。说明不同浓度过氧化氢对血红蛋白释放影响不同。 In order to study the effect of hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 )on the hemoglobin release of normal hu-man red blood cell (RBC),The malondialdehyde contents and relative solubility of RBC and hemoglobin release test (HRT)were used to study the hemoglobin release of normal RBCs treated with different con-centration (8%,4%,2%,1%,0.5%,0.25% and 0.125%)of H2 O2 .The results show that the hemoglobin release was increased with increased concentration of H2 O2 .However,high concentration of H2 O2 could decrease the released Hb.So different concentrations of H2 O2 has different effect on the hemoglobin re-lease of RBC.
