论就业工作视阈下的毕业生党员教育——以省属师范院校为例

The Research of Graduates Party Member Education with the Perspective of Employment——An Example of Provincial Normal University

以地方高师院校为例,论述就业工作视阈中党员教育的必要性、党员教育的制约点,提出其当前就业工作中毕业生党员教育当以就业核心竞争力和核心价值观,尤其是师德教育和诚信教育为主要内容,完善毕业生党员教育机制、拓展和创新毕业生单元就业核心竞争力、核心价值观教育方式为实效性教育方式。

This thesis provides an overview of higher normal university to discuss the necessity and limitation of party member education with the perspective of the employment work. It points out the core competence and core values should be the major part currently, especially teachers＇ ethics education and honesty education. To improve the education mechanism, explore and innovate effective educational methods of graduates＇ core competence and core values.
