新疆少数民族“双语”师资培训现状调查与分析——以“信息技术”专业培训为例

摘要 在"教育的希望在教师"成为广泛共识后,如何提高"双语"培训的对象在新疆基础教育中承担重要任务的中小学教师学员的"双语"教学水平,成为关键中的关键。论文通过对新疆中小学信息技术教师参加新疆师范大学"双语"培训的现状进行研究,从需求调研、开展针对性的培训、过程分析三个维度,探讨实践中的"双语"培训中可以进一步改进的内容和方法,并对改进工作的关键环节提出了意见建议。 When it becomes commonly agreed sense that "Hope of Education lies in Teachers",how to improve the bilingual level of teaching staff of primary and middle schools in Xinjiang by educational training becomes the key present education situation on Information and Technology teaching staff in primary and middle schools in Xinjiang by analyzing their participation in bilingual training education given by Xinjiang Normal University. The analyses are applied in three dimensions: demand research, target oriented training and process analysis. Besides discussion on how to improve the contents and models in bilingual education training in practice, this paper also provides suggestions to apply during the key processes.
