摘要
在喀什这个多民族、多语言、多文化的地区,推广双语教学是培养少数民族复合型双语人才的最佳途径。提高双语教学质量,关键在于双语师资。笔者以访谈及问卷调查为依据,在分析喀什地区中小学双语师资培训所存在问题的同时,提出相应的对策。
Kashgar is the multi-ethnic, multilingual, multicultural area, Bilingual teaching is the best way to cultivate minority compound bilingual people, the key point in the bilingual teachers training is to improve the quality of bihngual teaching. Using the interviews and the questionnaire survey as the basis, the author will analyze the existing training problems of bilingual teachers in primary and middle schools in Kashgar, at the same time, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
