摘要
水压试验机是稀有金属管材质量与性能检验的重要设备,其测试压力精确度和稳定性是系统关键。针对管材水压试验过程系统测试基准压力难以快速准确地达到工艺设定值的特点,提出了测试基准压力控制的灰色预测PID控制算法,研制了基于工控机+PLC的管材水压试验机控制系统。生产应用表明该系统对稀有金属管材质量与性能测试检验有很大的改善,具有典型的应用价值。
Hydrostatic testing machine is an important equipment used to detect rare metal pipe qual -ity and performance .Accuracy and stability is the key to the hydraulic control system .According to the problem of the pressure fluctuations of hydrostatic testing machine , the control system was built based on IPC, PLC.At the same time, introduced gray control algorithm , combined with PID control , which is a good solution to the problem of the pressure fluctuations .The practical application indicates that the sys-tem play a good role in improving the efficiency of hydraulic testing machine and ensuring the high quality of pipe production , which has certain application prospects .
