摘要
对便携式测振仪在风机故障诊断中的应用进行了介绍,以便企业及时了解设备运行状态;通过对检测到的数据进行分析,可判断设备的故障原因与发展趋势,并有利于在企业中实现设备预知维修(PRM)方式。
This paper gives general introduction on the application of portable vibrometer in air blower＇s testing ,which helps the operators know how the devices work timely and the engineers may judge the reasons of faults by analyzing the detected data .So PRM mode in equipments maintenance based on the testing knowledge is being developed in modern enterprise .
