基于ARM的高精度气压测量系统设计

摘要 使用ADUC7026作为CPU,对振动筒式压力传感器的两路信号分别进行处理,经过线性修正得到了准确的电压值,再用专用芯片测量出频率值,然后准确计算出高精度的气压数据,分辨率达到了0.01 hPa。通过片内高度集成的UART和FLASH等功能,丢包率较低,可在线修正参数。该设计已应用于地面压力测试,在大气层的压力范围内高度的相对误差仅为0.008%左右,相比其他同类仪器精度极高;同时也可应用于无人机高度测量和风电场环境参数监测等系统中。 The signal from two channels of resonator pressure sensor was processed by ADUC7026 as CPU,accurate voltage was obtained on condition of linear correction,the frequency was measured by special integrated circuit,finally the data of atmosphere pressure was worked out precisely and the resolution reached 0.01 hPa.The packet loss probability has relatively low level,the parameters can be corrected online,through function of UART and FLASH what were highly integrated in a chip.This design has been applied to pressure test on the ground,the relative tolerance of altitude measurement within the scope of atmosphere was only 0.008% which has a higher precision than other similar designs,and it can also be applied to height measurement of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle)and monitoring environmental parameter at wind power plant.
