摘要
针对天津某工厂对非标准工件做连续退火工艺要求,设计了一套基于PLC以及模糊PID技术的工业退火炉的温度控制系统。此系统以西门子S7-200系列PLC为核心,在PLC基础上采用模糊PID算法,论述了模糊PID控制在温度控制系统中的应用,并设计了模糊PID控制器,在MATLAB中实现了系统的仿真。实际运行表明,系统性能优良,操作简单、安全、方便。
A industrial annealing furnace was designed based on PLC and fuzzy PID temperature control system,aiming at a factory in tianjin to return his non-standard artifacts do continuous technological requirements.This system with Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the core,using fuzzy PID algorithm based on PLC,It discusses the application of fuzzy PID control in temperature control system and designs a fuzzy PID controller,realizes the system simulation in MATLAB.In the practical running,it shows that system performance was good and operation was simple,safe and convenient.
