摘要 为研究负离子添加剂对肉鸡血液及免疫指标的影响,试验选择1日龄AA肉公鸡360只按体重随机分成两组,分别为试验组和对照组。在试验组中添加负离子添加剂0.2%,对照组为市售添加剂。每组180只,组内设3个重复,每个重复组60只,经方差分析各组肉鸡平均体重差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明:负离子添加剂提高了血清总蛋白、免疫球蛋白含量、免疫器官指数和血钙浓度;降低了血中的甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖和尿素含量。负离子添加剂具有提高肉鸡免疫力的作用。 To study the effect of anion additive on blood and immune function in broilers, l-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group respectively. Adding anion additive 0.2% in the experiment group, the control group was fed commercially available additives. Each group has 180 broilers, with three repeats each. By the analysis of variance between groups, chicken average weight differences were not significant (P〉0.05). The resuhs show that: Anion additives improved the total serum protein, immunoglobulin, immune organ index and blood calcium, reduced the blood triglyeeride, cholesterol, blood sugar and urea. The resuh reveals that anion addi- fives can raise the poultry immunity.
