摘要
试验旨在研究玉米黄粉替代鱼粉在鲤鱼饲料中的应用效果。将300尾鲤鱼幼苗随机分为5组(1个对照组,4个试验组),每组3个重复,每个重复20尾,其中对照组饲料中添加鱼粉20%(不含玉米黄粉),4个试验组中玉米黄粉替代鱼粉量占总量水平分别为5%、10%、15%和20%。试验周期为90 d。添加玉米黄粉对鲤鱼生长及其肉品质影响较大,添加玉米黄粉可替代鱼粉质量分数为5%时的鲤鱼生长性能及鱼肉品质最好,但替代鱼粉质量分数高于5%时,鲤鱼生长性能及鱼肉品质下降。因此,建议鲤鱼饲料中玉米黄粉替代鱼粉5%作为优质饲料。
This experiment was to study the effects of corn gluten in substitution of fish meal in the Carp feed. Divide 300 carp seedlings into 5 groups randomly (four experimental groups and one control group), with three repeats each and each repeat had 20 tails. 20%fish meal was fed in the control group (exclud- ing corn gluten). The four alternative fishmeal levels in the experiment groups were 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% corn gluten respectively. Experimental period was 90 days. The result showed that: growth and meat quality in groups adding corn gluten have great differences compared with the control group, and corn gluten can replace fish meal when the mass fraction was of 5%, with the best growth performance and meat quality, but when the substitution percentage of fish meal quality score is higher than 5%, the carp growth performance and meat quality showed the downward trend. Therefore, it is recommended that the carp feed in 5% replacement of fish meal as feed is of high quality.
