图书馆学科馆员研究述评

Review on Studies of Subject Librarian

回顾了我国图书馆学科馆员制度的建立与研究历程。概述了当前学术界关于学科馆员概念、设置学科馆员的必要性、学科馆员和参考馆员之异同,以及学科馆员的服务方式、策略实施、技术应用、发展趋势等方面的论述,并从地方高校和基层图书馆视角进行述评,肯定前期研究成绩,指出不足,提出建议,以期对后来的研究与实践有所帮助。

The paper looks back the establishment and research process of subject librarian system, summarizes researches on concept of subject librarian, necessity of mounting subject librarian, difference between subject librarian and reference librarian, as well as service approaches, strategy implementation, technology application and development trend of subject librarian, reviews it from the perspectives of local university and grass-roots library, affirms early days＇ research achievement, points out insufficiencies, and puts forward some countermeasures for research and practice in future.
