从“美丽中国”建设到“园林绿化”建设的随想--对城市园林绿化美丽生长基因的若干思考

美丽不只是视觉效果,不等于漂亮,美丽中国应体现在生态建设、社会建设、经济建设、文化建设和政治建设等方面,只有五方面的建设做到科学、和谐、可持续,才能诞生美丽中国,这就是美丽中国的基因,它是决定美丽的内在因素。园林绿化事业建设也需美丽的基因,分别体现在生态效益、制度安排、市场资源配置效率、文化特色、依法治绿等环节。

Beautiful China should be reflected in the aspects of ecological, social, economic, cultural and political constructions, Beautiful China is possible only with the scientific, harmonious and sustainable constructions of these five aspects, and this is the gene of beautiful China and the inner elements of beauty. The landscape greening undertakings also need the beauty gene, which could be reflected in the aspects of ecological benefits, institutional arrangements, efficiency of market resources allocation, cultural features, and legalized greening management.
