摘要
通过对广州金沙洲社区的实证,研究保障房社区居民的日常生活机制;作为一种特殊的"城市战略",集中大规模建设的保障房社区使得身处其中的居民面临日常生活"边缘化锁定"的不利态势;作为应对,社区居民采取了一种"创造多元社会空间"的"生活战术":主动"去边缘化"、巧妙改造空间、非正规就业、培育社会资本和积极发掘生活资源等。以此为保障性住房研究提供新视角。
Based on the case study of Jinshazhou community in Guangzhou,this paper examines mechanism of everyday life of its inhabitants.As a special urban strategy,concentrated affordable housing communities make people who live in them become marginalized and locked in a negative sense.However,inhabitants adop tactics to create diverse social spaces in response,such as positive de-marginalization,ingenious appropriation of space,informal employment,cultivation of social capital and living resources,etc.,which provides new perspectives for studying affordable housing.
