摘要
受试者为6名19—21岁健康男性。进行了头低位(-6°)卧床对心血管系统影响的研究。研究发现,每搏量(SV)、每分量(CO)、脉压(PP)和尿中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量显著下降(P<0.05),外周阻力(PR)显著增加(P<0.05)。收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)和平均动脉压(MP)的变化无统计学差异,但波动范围加大,每日最高峰出现的时间紊乱,有序化程度降低。各指标的生理节律发生了明显的变化。心输出量与NE之间存在着中度正相关关系。
Six healthy male subjects aged 19-21 were selected as volunteers. The study schedule included a 3-day control period (pre-HDT) , a 8-day bedrest period with head down tilt of -6° (HDT-6°) and a 5-day recovery period (post-HDT) .
Physiological indicators (SV,CO, HR, BP, TFI, EVI, VET) were measured four timesaday. Concentrations of norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) in urinary samples were assayed. The results indicated that SV, CO. pulse pressure and concentration of NE in urine were significantly decreased, while total peripheral resistance were significantly increased during HDT-6°. No significant changes of blood press ure were observed, but its amplitude of rhythmic fluctuations increased. At the same time peak values showed time disorder,and the degree of orderization were decreased
