摘要 本文报道给大鼠肺内一次性灌注煤尘生理盐水混悬液,用电镜观察煤尘在肺内被转运和排出的途径。进入肺泡腔的煤尘颗粒主要由肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)吞噬并沿气道上行排出体外;一少部分煤尘颗粒还可由I型肺泡上皮细胞以胞吞的方式转运到肺间质,再由间质中的巨噬细胞吞噬并穿越内皮进入毛细血管、由血液带出肺外。 After perfusing one-shot the mixed fluid of coal dusts and saline solution into rat's lung,the clearance pathways of coal dasta in lung was observed by electron microscopy.The results indicated that the coal dusts in alveolar lumen were mainly engulfed by alveolar macrophages and transferred upward along the airways to extrapulmonary sites.In addition to that,a fraction of coal dusts in alveoli might eater the type I epithelied cell by endocytosis and came out from the type I cell by exocytosis to the pulmonary interstitium.The coal dusts in the pulmonary interstitium were engulfed by pulmonary macrophages and penetrated through the capillary wall.Finally the coal dusts in macrophages were transferred to extrapulmonary sites by the blood.
