蒙特卡洛联合生理模型在兽药残留研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目前,食品安全已成为全球日益关注的焦点,兽药残留是影响食品安全的主要因素之一。动物可食性产品中兽药残留受动物种属、药物种类、制剂类型、用药剂量、给药途径及生理状况等因素影响。传统的组织残留消除研究,是在自然生产的条件下给动物暴露化合物后(如饲喂、注射给药),在一系列时间随机抽样宰杀动物,测定组织中残留物(原形或代谢产物)的量,用分布容积、消除半衰期、清除率等参数阐明药物在体内的分布和消除规律。每个动物在每个时间点只有一个样本,所用动物数量有限,以致数据结果差异大、零乱、难处理,影响残留预测的准确性。
