原奶中药物多残留现场快速检测技术的研究

Study of A Rapid Test Method for the detection of Multi-residues in Raw Milk

研究开发用于现场检测原奶样本中多种残留物的金标快速检测卡。主要采用胶体金免疫层析技术,通过多种参数的整合优化,将氨基糖苷类药物和氟喹诺酮类药物的检测整合到同一个检测卡上,从而研制出适合于现场检测原奶中多种残留物的金标快速检测卡。试验结果表明,该检测卡操作简便、快速、检测灵敏度高,残留检测限符合国家要求。该检测卡采用消线法进行结果判定,试验结果一目了然,可作为氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类药物在牛奶中残留检测的有效筛检手段。

A rapid test strip for Multi-Residues in raw milk has been established and the principle of this method is colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay. The detection of aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones will be integrated into a test strip.For the detection method of results is line-vanished, so it can be adopted as an effective screening tool to detect aminoglycoside（gentamicin and kanamycin） and fluoroquinolone residues in milk.
