热水温度变化对复叠式热泵系统性能的影响 被引量:5

Impact of hot water temperature on the performance of cascade heat pump system

摘要 介绍了复叠式热泵系统的工作原理。通过对不同环境工况相同热水温度以及相同环境工况不同热水温度的实验数据进行分析,发现该系统可以在极端低温(-25℃)环境工况下稳定运行,并且可以制取80℃的高温热水;系统COP达到1.55;系统最高出水温度为85℃。环境温度10℃以上时制取65℃左右的热水,传统热泵机组的效率更高。 Presents the operation principle of the system. By the analysis of experimental data under different conditions, including different environmental conditions with the same hot water temperature and the same environmental condition with different temperatures of hot water, finds that the cascade heat pump can operate stably in the extreme low ambient temperature of - 25 ℃. The system can generate hot water with temperature 80 ℃, and the system COP reaches 1.55. The highest water temperature available by the system is 85 ℃. Compared with the traditional single stage heat pump unit, the traditional heat pump unit is more efficient to prodtr_e hot water around 65℃, when the ambient temperature is higher than 10 ℃.
