摘要 基于根据索科洛夫液-液引射器设计方法得出的水喷射器特性方程,考虑影响水喷射器特性的5个因素,结合水喷射器效率公式,研究出4种适用于工程设计及运行的水喷射器特性曲线。通过特性曲线可分析供热调节时水喷射器的运行情况:当供热外网集中调节时,水喷射器能够正常运行,实际运行效率为设计效率;当热用户进行局部调节时,如果水喷射器实际运行效率小于设计效率20%,则水喷射器运行在低效区,需对水喷射器进行调节。 Obtains the water injector characteristic equation based on liquid-to-liquid ejector design method proposed by Sokolov. Develops four characteristic curves of water injector which apply to both the engineering design and the operational conditions, when five factors of the water injector characteristics are considered and the water injector efficiency equation is considered. Through the water injector characteristic curves, analyses the running status of the water injector. When the outside heating network is centrally regulated, the water injector can run normally with the actual operational efficiency equal to the design efficiency. When the heat user regulate the system locally, the water injector will operate in inefficient zone if the actual operating efficiency of the water injector is 20% less than the design efficiency, in which case the water injector should be regulated.
