Analysis of Standardization of Community Construction in Beijing

在构建社会主义和谐社会首善之区和世界城市的历史进程中,北京市的社区建设迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临着一些深层次的问题,突出表现在社区建设还没有完全适应首都经济社会发展的需要,社区标准化、制度化和规范化建设未成体系,社区建设标准化已经成为破解北京社区建设瓶颈的客观要求和重要途径。

During the process of establishing the national capital of the socialism harmonious society and a world city, Beijing is facing new opportunities for community development. However, there also exist problems at a deeper level, especially the mismatching of community construction and Beijing’s economy and society development, and the lack of standardization, institutionalization, and normalization of community governance. Therefore, community construction standardization has become the objective requirement and important method to solve the dififculties of Beijing’s community construction.
