摘要
目的研究溪黄草的化学成分及二萜成分的细胞毒活性。方法采用柱层析对溪黄草植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构,采用磺酰罗丹明B染色法对提取的单体化合物进行体外细胞毒试验。结果从该植物中分离出8个二萜化合物,其中4个化合物有较好的细胞毒活性。结论 Enmein、Nodosin、Isodocarpin和Efusanin A 4种化合物具有较好的细胞毒活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Isodon serra and cytotoxicity of diterpenold. Metnmls The compounds were isolated and purified by means of silica gel column chromatography and the structures of compounds were identified by modem speclxum methods. Cytotoxicity test was assayed by sulforhedamine B. Results Eight diterpenoids were obtained and four compounds have better cytotoxic activity. Conclusion Compounds Enmein,Nodosin,Isedoearpin and Efusa- nin A have good cytotoxic activity ,which provide experimental basis for study of anti-cancer drugs of diterpenoids.
