摘要
于五口烧瓶中研究了设计铝量30g/L、碱度30%的碱式硫酸铝溶液在5次循环吸收解吸实验内,溶液中SO2/4-、SO2/3-浓度、pH值以及吸收率随循环吸收次数的变化规律,同时探讨了碱式硫酸铝再生法循环吸收SO2的影响因素。研究结果表明,在反应最初的i0S内,经过5次循环实验,碱式硫酸铝对SO2的短时吸收率仍大于95%。SO2吸收率随吸收液SO/2/3-、SO2/4-初始浓度的增大而减小,随着pH值的升高而增大,当SO2/3-、SO2/4-初始浓度、pH值分别在0~0.023mol/L、0.60~0.67mol/L、3.51~3.62的范围内时,吸收率可维持在95%以上。
Five cycles of SOz absorption and desorption experiments were performed, using basic a- luminum sulfate solution with design aluminum content and alkalinity of 30 g/L and 30 % respec- tively. The variations of such parameters as S042- concentration, S032- concentration, pH value and absorption rate of basic aluminum sulfate solution against the absorption cycle frequency were investigated. Moreover, factors affecting the SO2 cyclic absorption performance using basic alumi- num sulfate regeneration method were discussed. The results show that,within the initial ten sec- onds, after five cycles ' absorption, the short-time absorption rate of basic aluminum sulfate to SOz was still able to achieve more than 950/60. The absorption rate decreased with an increase in initial concentration of S032- and S042- ,and increased with the pH value. When the initial concentra- tion of S032- and SO42- ,and the pH value was within range of 0-0. 023 mol/L,0. 60-0. 67 mol/L, and 3.51-3.62,respectively,the absorption rate can maintain at 95% or higher.
