摘要 针对燃煤发电过程中复杂过程优化运行问题,提出了基于运行性能评价的燃煤发电运行可控参数优化方法。在分析燃煤发电过程工艺和机理的基础上,采用基于即时学习策略的局部建模方法建立了汽轮机热耗率、锅炉效率局部动态模型;运用模糊综合评价方法对机组运行性能进行综合评价,根据当前运行边界条件和综合评价等级,采用案例推理方法获得机组较优运行性能下可控参数的优化目标值,基于优化目标值的评价对可控参数进行闭环优化设定。基于工业运行数据的仿真结果表明,该方法可有效提高机组运行性能,较好地解决了燃煤发电过程的优化运行问题。 Aiming at solving problems occurred during optimization of complex processes of coal- fired power generation, an operation performance evaluation based optimization method of con- trollable parameters for coal-fired power processes was proposed. On the basis of analyzing the technology and mechanism of coal-fired power generation, the lazy learning strategy based local modeling method was applied to establish the local dynamic models of turbine heat rate and boiler efficiency. Comprehensive evaluation for the unit operation performance was conducted by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the current operation boundary conditions and comprehensive evaluation grade, the case-based reasoning method was employed to obtain the optimization target values of the controllable parameters when the unit ran with better perform- ance. Then the closed-loop optimization setting for controllable parameters was realized on the ba- sis of evaluation for the optimization target values. The simulation results show that, the proposed method can improve the unit's operation performance significantly, thus to solve the problems a- bout operation optimization during coal-fired power process.
