摘要
300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的二次风机与600MW煤粉锅炉的一次风机参数相近,据此提出了300 MW CFB锅炉的二次风机可以采用双级动调轴流式风机。与离心式风机+变频或离心式风机+挡板方案相比,双机动调轴流式风机的调节范围更广,调节效率较高,设备占地面积少,初投资和维护费用较低,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The parameters of secondary air fan in 300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers are close to that of the primary air fan in 600 MW pulverized coal (PC) fired boilers. Thus,sug- gestion that the secondary air fan in 300 MW CFB boilers can be two-stage dynamic adjustable ax- ial flow fan was proposed. Compared with such schemes as centrifugal fan with frequency conver- sion or centrifugal fan with damp, the two-stage dynamic adjustable axial flow fan has wider regu- lation range and higher adjustment efficiency. Moreover,it occupies smaller area, thus has lower initial investment and maintenance cost. Therefore, it is more reasonable to adopt two-stage dy- namic adjustable axial flow fan as the secondary air fan in 300 MW CFB boilers.
