摘要
介绍了基于现场总线控制器冗余原理的FCS165现场总线控制系统中控制器FCP01的硬件电路结构。分别从主备判断、实时数据备份和交换主控权等方面设计了控制器冗余功能。在华能秦岭电厂660 MW机组上的应用结果表明,FCP01控制器主备切换时间可达200μs,满足600MW及以上等级机组控制要求。
The hardware circuit structure of controller FCP01 in FCS165 field bus control system was presented, on the basis of the redundancy principle of field bus controller. From such aspects as main role judgement, real-time data backup and exchange control, the redundancy function ofcontroller was designed. Its application on the 600 MW unit in Huaneng Qinling Power Plant showed that,the work and backup state switching time of FCP01 controller can reach up to 200 μs,which satisfied the control requirement for unit over 600 MW.
