我院2010-2012年门诊处方抽样调查分析

Outpatient prescriptions sampled analysis of our hospital from 2010 to 2012

目的分析我院2010-2012年门诊处方用药情况和变化趋势。方法在我院2010-2012年3、6、9和12月,每月16日门诊成人普通处方中,随机抽样100张处方进行分析统计。结果 2010-2012年每年抽样日处方加合总数分别为16914、17 545和19 046张,抽样处方总金额分别为57 668.51、50 512.24和47 916.66元,抽样处方中抗菌药物使用比例分别为12.75%、11.75%和8.75%。使用抗菌药物的门诊处方中,不合理处方分别占21.57%、22.92%和22.86%。结论 2010-2012年我院门诊处方数量逐年上升,处方金额逐年减少,抗菌药物使用比例远低于国家相关要求,且下降明显,抗菌药物合理使用情况有待进一步改善。

AIM To analyze the application status and development tendency of the drug use of the outpatient prescriptions from 2010 to 2012 of our hospital. METHODS Random sampled 100 prescriptions from the adult prescrip- tions of every 16th of March, June, September and December during 2010 to 2012. RESULTS From 2010 to 2012, the amount of the prescriptions was 16 914,17 545 and 19 046 of the sampling day respectively, the aggregate amount of the prescriptions was 57 668.51, 50 512.24 and 47 916.66 yuan, the rate of utilization of antibacterial drugs was 12.75 %, 11.75 % and 8.75 % and among the prescriptions of antibacterial drugs, 21.57 %, 22.92 % and 22.86 % prescriptions were unreasonable. CONCLUSION From 2010 to 2012 the amount of prescriptions is increasing, while the aggregate amount of the prescriptions is decreasing. The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs is far below the national standards and the fee of antibacterial drugs has decreased obviously. Meanwhile there are a lot of works to do in the field of reasonable application of antibacterial drugs.
