摘要
目标导向是综合标准化与其它方式标准化的本质区别。没有明确具体目标、不能解决综合性问题、真正提升实际业务水准的标准化不属综合标准化的范畴。文章引用了管理学大师制定目标的SMART法则,即具体、可衡量、可达、相关性、时限。文章也列举了绿色船舶实例。
The target guide is to essential difference between comprehensive standardization and other. Those standardization is not belong to comprehensive standardization category without clear Specific aim; Can not solve system problem and step up fact operation level in deed. This paper excerpt SMART principle without clear Specific aim; er excerpt SMART principleof target established by master of managerment, viz. Specific; Measurable; Attainable; Relevant; Timebased. This paper introduces the Geenship for example also.
