论当代中小学教师核心价值观的建构 被引量:1

摘要 建构当代中小学教师的价值观,是教育领域实现自我调适的需要,是教育领域担当社会责任的体现。中小学教师核心价值观的内容体系,可凝练为"事业科学发展为重、学生健康发展为本和自身专业发展为要"。中小学教师核心价值观建构的可行路径,从内在专业自主层面,一是激发和强化自我实现的需要和意识;二是改造和提升自我实现的能力和水平;从外部专业支持层面,基层学校应注意实施相应的文化领导,专业机构应注意开展相应的研究指导,政府社会应该注意加强相应的规范引导。
