Summary and Analysis of Special Prescription Evaluation in Our Hospital

目的:总结我院临床药师参与处方专项点评的工作情况,为其他医疗机构临床药师的工作提供参考。方法:总结分析我院近3年来临床药师参与处方专项点评、万古霉素、喜炎平、美罗培南点评结果和部分Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物点评结果。结果:通过临床药师参与处方专项点评,使点评科室抗菌药物使用逐渐达到合理水平;万古霉素、喜炎平、美罗培南的使用管理和使用方法逐渐符合要求;Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗茵药物使用逐渐符合标准。结论:临床药师参与处方专项点评可帮助临床提高合理用药水平。

Objective： To summarize the role of clinical pharmacists in special prescription evaluation to provide the reference for other hospitals. Methods： Antibiotics prescription evaluation results from the chosen departments in our hospital in the past three years were evaluated by a retrospective analysis, including the special prescription evaluation results of vancomycin, Xiyanping, meropenem and some antibiotics used in perioperative period of type I incision. The contribution of clinical pharmacists to rational antibiotic usage was reviewed. Results： Through clinical pharmacists＇ participation in the special prescription evaluation, the use of antibiotics gradu- ally reached rational level. The use and management of vaneomycin, Xiyanping and meropenem gradually met the relative requirement. Conclusion： The feedback from special prescription evaluation by clinical pharmacists can improve the safety, effectiveness, economic and rationality of the drugs used in clinic. The importance of clinical pharmacists in special prescription evaluation cannot be underesti- mated.
