动脉粥样硬化(atbemsclerosis,AS)是动脉硬化的血管病中最常见。最重要的一种病疫,其发病率逐年增加。患者需积极治疗,防止痛疫发展并争取逆转,同时防止并发症恶化。目前药物治疗仍然是动脉粥样硬化治疗的主要手段,在临床应用中,联合用药治疗AS的方案颇多,现对近年来临床上抗AS主要治疗方案的研究进行概述。

Atherosclerosis （AS） is the most common and important disease in vasculopathy, and its morbidity is incresing every year. Pationts need active treatment to prevent the lesion development and the complications worsen. At present, drug therapy is still the primary means of treating athorosclersis, and there are lots of combination therapy in chinical. We reviewed the major anti-AS pro- grams in this peper.
