GBW(E)130398自2012年国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准后,在合成橡胶行业校准门尼粘度计、生产控制、人员考核、产品检验、产品贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用,得到了广泛的应用。研制的该批门尼黏度国家标准物质GBW(E)130398的量预计2013年年底将使用完,为满足合成橡胶行业对门尼黏度标准物质的需求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心组织复制门尼黏度标准物质。经过样品候选、均匀性检验、稳定性检验、定值、不确定度评估等工作,GBW(E)130398标准物质被成功复制。门尼黏度标准物质定值结果在0.01的显著水平时,数据无异常值、呈现正态分布、各组数据间处于等精度。因此,定值结果的总平均值ML(1+4)100℃(49.8±0.8)则为门尼黏度标准物质的标称值。

GBW（ E）130398 played important roles in the synthetic rubber industry calibration Mooney viscome-ter,production control,staff assessment,product inspecting,product trade,arbitration quality,and had been widely applied ,since 2012 ,the State Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine had been ratified.It was expected to at the end of 2013 would（will） be used up GBW（E）130398,in order to meet demand in rubber industry Mooney viscometer certified reference material ,the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Synthetic Rubber organized to replicate Mooney viscosity standard substance.GBW （ E） 130398 standard substance had been successfully reproduced ,through selected the candidate sample ,tested sample＆#39;s homogeneity and stability , setted value and evaluated uncertainty ,etc.When the significant level of fixed value was 0.01 ,the data were no du-bious value ,normal distribution and in equal precision.Therefore , the average ML （ 1 ＋4 ） 100℃（ 49.8 ＆#177;0.8 ） of certification of Mooney viscosity certified reference material was normal value.
