从某院发表SCI论文进展角度探讨科研工作精细化管理

Investigation on the Delicacy Management of Scientific Research from Aspect of Published SCI Thesis Development of a Hospital

目的从SCI论文数量、SCI论文影响因子以及被引用次数的角度,展示医院2007年-2011年五年内的科研产出情况,总结科研工作中的相关经验与问题,为科研管理部门提供决策依据。方法数据来源于我院科研管理信息平台期刊论文管理系统和2007年-2011年科技部中国科技信息研究所科技论文统计结果,对2007年-2011年我院发表的SCI论文进行统计分析。结果 5年内我院发表SCI论文从2007年的每年26篇增长到2011年的每年111篇,论文产出数量有了很大程度增长;5年内我院共发表SCI论文390篇,其中神经内科、放射科等12个优势科室发表SCI论文315篇,占发表论文总数的80.77%,其他33个科室5年内共发表SCI论文75篇,仅占医院SCI论文总数的19.23%;SCI论文每年的平均影响因子(Impact Factor)IF均保持在2.0左右,最高IF值5年内也没有很大变化;5年内IF在2至3之间的SCI论文数量最多,且每年的增长幅度也最大,IF在5分以上的论文数量最少,每年的增长幅度也最小;5年内SCI论文被引次数增长了460%。结论 (1)我院的SCI论文数量有了很大的提高,但是SCI论文的质量还有待进一步提高;(2)SCI论文的发表过于集中在几个重点科室,普通科室SCI论文的产出较少,医院内各科室间的科研水平不均衡;(3)全方位的加强医院重点学科的建设,促进高水平、高影响力的SCI论文产出是医院科研工作的努力方向。

Objectives To demonstrate the output of scientific research of a hospital during five years from 2007 to 2011, summarize related experience and problems from aspects such as the number, impact factor and citation times of SCI thesis, thus provide decision basis for the scientific administrative department. Methods To conduct statistical analysis on the published SCI thesis of a hospital from 2007 to 2011, all data got from journal article management systemof the scientific research management information platform of our hospital and the statistical result by Chinese Scientific Information Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2011. Results During the five years, the number of SCI thesis was increased to a large extent, which increased from 26 pieces of paper in 2007 to 111 pieces in 2011. 390 SCI thesis were published in the five years totally, in which 315 pieces were from 12 superiority departments such as neurology, radiology department and so on, this took 80.77% of the total number. Other 33 departments had 75 pieces of SCI thesis published in the five years totally, which took 19123% of the total number. The average IF of each year was about 2.0 and the max IF had no big difference in the five years. The SCI thesis with IF score between 2.0 to 3.0 took the biggest part and also had the largest increase extent. Only a small number of SCI thesis with IF score over 5.0 and also had the least increase extent. The totally citation times increased 450% in the five years. Conclusions （ 1 ） The number of published SCI thesis of our hospital increased obviously, but the quality still needed further improvement. （ 2 ） Most part of the published SCI thesis focused on the superiority departments excessively, while ordinary departments had less papers, this led the imbalance of scientific research level among all departments of the hospital. （ 3 ） The striving direction of the scientific research work of the hospital was to strengthen the development of key discipline and promote SCI thesis with high level and high impact.
