摘要
加强医院专业技术档案的管理,是医院科学管理的重要保证。本文从分析现有专业技术档案管理中出现的有关问题入手,提出通过电子化人力资源管理系统为载体,整合病案信息、科研与教学信息,构建专业技术电子档案数据系统,进一步使专业技术档案能有效利用,提高工作效率。
To strengthen the management of the hospital professional personnel files is an important guarantee for the scientific management of the hospital. By analyzing related problems existing in professional personnel files management, we put forward that took electronic human resources management system as a supporter in the process of the integration of medical record, scientific research and teaching information, establish professional technical electronic data systems, therefore, we could make effective use of professional technical files and improve working efficiency.
