粗苯管式炉后富油温度失控的原因分析及解决办法 被引量:1

摘要 承钢焦化厂粗苯系统生产在2000年4月出现了以下不正常现象:管式炉后富油温度失控,高达260—270℃;贫油泵量小,不能满足设计要求且泵后压力低;贫油含苯高,洗苯塔后煤气含苯高,造成粗苯产量低。对此,经认真分析,反复试验,发现所有这些现象均为贫富油换热器串漏所致,富油被短路,不经脱苯塔直接进入热贫油槽。 Since April of 2000 the following troubles appeared in the production of benzol in Coke plant of Chengde Iron and Steel Company: the temperature of rich-oil after benzol pipe-stove lost control and reached 260—270℃; output of poor-oil pump got lower, could not meet the design demand and the post-pump pressure got too low; the content of benzene in poor-oil was too high; the content of benzene in gas after benzene-washing tower was too high; the output of benzol consequently too low. After serious analysis and test and trial, all these troubles were found caused by leak of heat exchanger between poor-oil and rich-oil.
