差动机构在轮胎成型机胎体鼓主轴箱中的应用

摘要 简介差动机构在轮胎成型机胎体鼓主轴箱中的应用。使用差动机构并结合绝对值编码器和增量型编码器可以准确控制胎体鼓的张开与收缩,同时配合电机变频器控制胎体鼓回位角度误差。差动机构胎体鼓主轴箱较传统胎体鼓主轴箱操控简单、准确,使用寿命长,维护成本低,贴胶效率高。 The differential mechanism is applied in the headstock of carcass drum in tire building machine. By combining with absolute encoders and incremental encoders the opening and contraction of the carcass drum can be accurately controlled. In addition, in conjunction with motor inverter, the error of return angle can be minimized. Compared with traditional carcass drum headstock, the new headstock with differential mechanism processes various advantages, for example, simple operation, high accuracy, long service life, low maintenance cost, and high lamination efficiency.
