摘要 介绍了我国板带轧制技术与装备的发展过程 ,说明了 6 0年代我国已自主设计制造了 2 80 0、42 0 0大型板带轧机和 170 0热连轧机 ,而现在为什么还从国外成套引进的原因。由于国外板形理论未突破 ,提高板形质量主要靠设备创新及复杂的控制系统。从我国工业的基础水平来看 ,跟踪国外的发展并从设备上赶上国外从而实现国产化是行不通的。板带装备与技术国产化必须走一条创新道路。板形计方法、张力复合控制系统的工业实验和推广应用不仅可实现国产化 ,而且可达到世界领先水平。 The development of sheet and strip rolling technology and equipment in China is analysed.The writer also gave the reasons why we now import the complete equipment despite we could design and made the 2800 and 4200 heavy sheet and strip rolling mill and 1700 hot continuse rolling mill in 1960s.In other coantries,to improve the quality of sheet shape is depending on the equipment innovation and comple control system because of no break in sheet shape theory.To realize the domestic producing of technology and equipment from following the tracks of toreign country is impossible according to the low level of industry basis in our country.We must develop a new road to realize the demestic producing of sheet and strip equipement and teehnology.The utilization of sheet shape gauge and tension compound control system is the way and could be world lead level.
