简要论述了湿法炼锌净化工序压滤过程中锌水解的机理 ,提出了控制溶液的 pH值、硫酸锌溶液水解的工艺条件 ,降低了滤布和滤板的损耗 ,使生产得以连续稳定的进行。

This article discussed the zinc hydrolysis mechanism during the process of pressure filtration of zinc purification in the method of hydrometallurgy.It provided the hydrolysis conditions for controlling zinc sulphate solution.The technique lowered the consumption of filter cloth and filter plate,thus the production can be made continuously and stably.
