摘要
本文使用5.25%次氯酸钠消化肺组织,浓集石棉纤维和石棉小体,在相差显微镜下计数。改进了常用的方法,使肺内的焦油、碳尘等与被测物分离完全。方法的精密度CV%=6.7~10.0%,回收率90%。
An improved method for extracting asbestos fibers and bodies from fixed lung tissue is described. Chipped lung tissue is digested in 5.25% sodium hypochlorite and solid residue is collected on membrane filter, then separated fibers are counted under phase contrast microscope.
In order to separate tar and carbon dust completely two mixture of solvent are used in different stage of procedure.
The precision (cv) of the method is found to be 6.7-10.0% with the recovery rate of 90%.
