湿法黄金精炼提纯工艺试验研究

An experimental study on the hydrometallurgy of gold refining

针对经典的电解法精炼黄金的一些不足 ,提出了湿法化学方法提纯 ,并对金山金矿黄金精炼提纯进行了试验研究。通过批量试验结果表明 ,采用该方法提纯 ,金的纯度可达99.99%、金的回收率高达99.99 % ,而且工艺流程简单、操作技术条件易掌握、污染少、生产周期短。

Focus on some shortcomings exist in the electrorefining of gold,the paper present a new hydrometallurgy in refining gold.An experimental study of refining gold is made,the experimental results show that the recovery of gold come up to 99.99%,the purity of gold come up to 99.99%.The characteristics of technology include:the technological process is simple;the operating condition of technology is easily mastered; having less pollution; the cycle of production is very short and the deposition of gold is less.
