摘要
以中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司80 kt/a干气制乙苯装置为研究对象,分析了该装置存在的问题——干气不足、干气用作加热炉燃料(高值低用)、能耗偏高以及纯乙烯加入量增加带来的问题,并提出改良措施.提出了通过改变加热炉燃烧方式、增加纯乙烯用量、增加干气循环线及系统参数优化等方法解决干气不足问题,降低装置能耗.通过改进可节省干气4 000 ~4 500 m3/h,降低能耗55 kg/t,提升反应负荷及操作平稳率.
The 80 kt/a dry gas unit of Guangzhou Company,SINOPEC,is used to analyze the problems occurred in the unit such as lack of dry gas,dry gas using as fuel,high energy consumption and the increase in pure ethylene.To solve these problems,the suggestions such as changing the furnace combustion,increasing the consumption of pure ethylene,adding the recycle of dry gas,optimizing the parameters of the system,and so on,are proposed.Through these measures,4 000-4 500 Nm3/h of dry gas is saved and energy consumption is decreased by 55 kg(EO)/t.Both the reaction load and smooth operation rate are increased.
