老清河大桥2号墩托换加固技术

Underpinning Strengthening Technology of Pier No.2 for Laoqinghe Bridge

因河道采砂、暴雨冲刷导致桃威老清河2号墩横向倾斜,严重影响正常通行。为了能够安全、彻底、迅速、经济地解决2号桥墩病害,通过方案比选和加固论证,采用了对2号墩扩大基础托换为桩基础,详细介绍了施工关键技术、质量及安全保障措施等。竣工验收结果表明,该加固技术能够有效确保工程质量和安全,并取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Because of river channel sand excavation and rain wash,the horizontal oblique was appeared in pier No. 2 of Laoqinghe Bridge,and the trafficability of the bridge was affected. In order to safely and economically resolve the problems of the bridge,the enlarged foundation was underpinned to pile foundation by scheme selection. Authors introduce the key construction technologies,quality and safety control measures. The results of completion acceptance show that the underpinning strengthening technology can ensure the project quality and safety,and the good social and economic benefits are also obtained.
