摘要
将信息技术应用于施工管理是近年来新兴的交叉研究方向。其主要目标是利用多种传感器代替传统的人工管理,实时采集施工信息并加以分析处理,实现施工过程自动管理。将施工抽象为投入物到产出物的转化过程,从施工投入的实时监控和施工产出的自动评估两方面,对信息技术在施工管理中的应用进行综述。重点讨论射频识别、超宽带通信、GPS、视觉传感器、激光扫描仪5类技术在施工管理中的应用研究现状,后对相关研究领域的发展趋势进行分析和探讨。
The information technology based construction management has been studied intensively recent years. Its goal is to apply information technology in construction management for automatic construction surveillance,control and evaluation. Taken construction as a conversion from inputs such as labor, materials and machines to output such as building,a comprehensive literature review on intelligent construction management was given from two aspects of real time construction input surveillance and automatic output evaluation. Five different technologies,including RFID,UWB,GPS,vision and laser scanner were introduced in detail together with their applications in construction management. Then future directions were envisaged.
