海控国际广场绿色施工技术研究与应用

Green Construction Research and Application in Haikong International Plaza

近年来,随着能源消耗及环境污染的日益加剧,国家及地方各级企业努力推行"绿色施工、节能减排"的工作。结合海控国际广场项目,主要就"绿色建筑"整个生命周期中"绿色施工"这阶段,针对施工现场绿色施工技术的研究和应用进行了详细介绍,主要包括:节能与能源资源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、节地与土地资源保护和环境保护5个方面。结果表明,通过绿色施工技术的应用,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

In recent years,with the energy consumption and deterioration of environmental pollution increasing,green construction,energy-saving and emission reduction are promoted in China. Combined with Haikong International Plaza project, the research and application of green construction are introduced based on the green construction stage in green building life cycle,including energy-saving, material-saving,water-saving,land-saving and environmental protection. The results show that good social and economic benefits are obtained by the application of green construction technology.
