摘要
玻化微珠保温承重混凝土是种集保温与承重为体的新型绿色主体建筑材料,针对玻化微珠保温承重混凝土试验楼泵送试验过程中遇到的坍落度不稳定的问题,对24h吸水率不同的玻化微珠颗粒进行配合比试验,找出24h吸水率、坍落度、用水量之间的关系,对试验结果进行数据拟合,推出种根据玻化微珠颗粒24h吸水率、设计坍落度来计算玻化微珠保温承重混凝土用水量的算法,再根据玻化微珠24h吸水率与其堆积密度的关系,导出基于玻化微珠堆积密度、设计坍落度的玻化微珠保温承重混凝土估算用水量的算法。
Thermal insulation and load-bearing concrete with glazed hollow bead( TILB concrete) is one kind of new green main material for building,which combines thermal insulation property and load bearing function. With respect to the problem of unstable slump occurred during pumping test in experiment building of TILB concrete,this paper carried out the mix proportion tests on TILB concrete with the different 24h water absorption and found out the relations among 24h water absorption,slump and water consumption. According to the data fitting for test results,one kind of calculation method about water consumption of TILB concrete based on its 24h water absorption and design slump was deduced,so as to control slump within the required range; moreover,based on the mathematical fitting relation between 24h water absorption and stacking density of TILB concrete,one kind of simple calculation method on water consumption of TILB concrete based on its stacking density and design slump was deduced.
