摘要
上海大众汽车有限公司宁波分公司CP6工程项目总装车间围护墙采用的是种新型的节能型双层压型钢板保温围护墙。该围护墙具有节点安装形式复杂和安装操作难度大等特点。针对安装施工过程中的有关技术要点,介绍了双层压型钢板保温围护墙在图纸深化和安装操作时应采取的相应措施,并对复杂形式节点的安装顺序及方法进行了研究。
The enclosure wall of the assembly shop of the CP6 construction project of Ninbo Branch, Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Limited Company is heat-preserving wall made of new and energyefficient double-deck steel sheet. This kind of wall is characterized by complicated form in joint installation and difficulty in operation. Based on the key points in installation process,the detailing design,installation technologies in double-deck steel sheet for insulation enclosure wall are introduced.
