摘要
某地下车库基坑工程施工环境复杂,施工场地狭小,且基坑周边存在多栋高层建筑,降水施工可能会使周边高层建筑产生不均或过大沉降。为保证工程安全顺利施工,通过方案比选,在确定了井点降水方案后,采取了相应的钢管桩支护、分层放坡挖、沉降监测等措施。沉降监测结果表明,该方案有效确保了工程的顺利进行。
The construction environment of a underground garage is complex,and the construction site is narrow,the dewatering construction will cause the uneven settlement of the around tall buildings. In order to ensure the project safety,the well point dewatering scheme is ensured by scheme comparison, and the measures of steel pipe support,excavation without any protection and settlement monitoring are adopted. The settlement monitoring shows that the construction safety is ensured.
