摘要
文章结合光纤环网的PLC控制系统在平乐至钟山高速公路木冲隧道监控中的应用实践,详细介绍了基于光纤环网的PLC控制系统的整体配置以及交通控制、照明控制、通风控制等子系统应用方面的内容。该PLC控制系统通过对隧道内外环境的自动检测和外场机电设备集中区域的联动控制,在隧道管理站监控室和外场机电设备间起到上传下达的作用,有效地提高了监控系统的稳定性、抗干扰能力和通信效率,保障了隧道内的行车安全,可为今后的高速公路隧道控制系统设计提供参考。
In combination with the application practices of PLC control system based on optical fiber ring network in Muchong Tunnel monitoring of Pingle-Zhongshan Expressway, this article introduced in details the overall configuration of PLC control system based on optical fiber ring network as well as the application contents in traffic controh lighting controh ventilation control and other subsystems.This PLC control system,through the automatic detection of internal and external tunnel environment and the joint control on the concentrated area of outfield electrical equipments, played the connection role between tunnel station control room and outfield electrical equipments,which can effectively improve the stability, anti-interference ability and communication efficiency of monitoring system, and ensure the traffic safety in the tunnels, thereby providing the reference for the design of future expressway tunnel control system.
